DESCRIPTION:Dear Business\,\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to announce that on Saturday\, October 29th\, 2022\, we will be having our 5th Annual TBT Real Estate Trunk-or-Treat Costume and Pet contest at TBT Real Estate from 1:00 PM   3:00 PM. We will block off Parking Way for this event.\n\nA Trunk-or-Treat is a safe and fun way to celebrate Halloween. Vehicles adorned with Halloween decorations will be parked in parking spots along Parking Way. Children can walk from trunk to trunk to look at the decorations and receive candy and treats. This event will provide a controlled\, safe\, and family friendly environment for trick-or-treaters of all ages.\n\nWe encourage all attendees to wear costumes\, including the parents however\, it is NOT required. Costume contest for ages infant to 5th grade\; contest for best decorated "Trunk".\n\nAttached with this letter you will find a registration form to fill out if your business would like to participate in this fun community wide event.  Participation involves you "decorating" your trunk\, handing out sealed candy or treat to hand out after the costume contest. \n\nIf your Business wants to participate and have a "Trunk" to give out treats\, please contact Yvette Arroyos at 979.299.0001 \n\nPlease arrive between 11:00 am and no later than 11:30 am to set up your area and decorate your trunk/car/vehicle.  The designated area will be blocked off at 11:00 A.M. and we ask that you stay for the ENTIRE Trunk-or-Treat.  We will close the Trunk or Treat at 11:00 am.  You will not be able leave until the event is over as we do not want to have cars moving during the time that children are present.\n\nParents must accompany their children during this event. \n\nWe hope you can join us for some Halloween fun!
