CASA VOlunteer Training- Oct 15th and 22nd
CASA of Brazoria County trains and supports volunteers who advocate for children that are in CPS care. Currently there are onlt 11 active CASA volunteers in Brazoria Coutny but there are nearly 200 children in CPS care. We need more individuals to volunteer to make a difference for these children. Our volunteers are screened and highly trained and then appointed by the Judge to represent and advocate for a childs best interests. CASA Volunteers save children's futures by helping children find sae, loving, permanent homes as soon as possible.

The required training to become a CASA Volunteer is 30 hours. This class will meet on Saturday October 15th and Saturday October 22nd from 9am to 6pm. THere is an additional 10 hour training that is available online that will also be required.
