Lone Star Land Partners is developing another great residential community. Oakwood Shores is a 960 acre development with over 350 home sites located in the Greater Angleton Area. To kick-off the Pre-grand opening & Grand Opening Sale the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new development Sales Office.
