Salute to First Responders
Firefighters, EMS personnel, Law Enforcement and Federal Law Enforcement personnel will be staged in one location to display and demonstrate the equipment they use everyday to protect the citizens of Brazoria County. This salute will be open for the public to have the opportunity to meet their First Responders, climb on a fire truck, watch the fire department demonstrate jaws of life, watch how K-9 police perform, look at equipment used by SWAT tams and witness a police chase using spike strips.
