San Jacinto Day Festival
Join Varner-Hogg Plantation and the City of West Columbia as we celebrate the 18-minute battle that won Texas its independence from Mexico in 1836. In honor of the event, the site will feature guided tours of the plantation house by docents in period dress, between 10am and 2pm. Come and celebrate our Texas heritage!
