Backyard Basics - Double Your Plants: Plant Propagation

SUPPORTING HEALTHY LIVING THROUGH HOME-BASED FOOD PRODUCTION, PREPARATION AND PRESERVATION. The Backyard Basics  is a new initiative that  promotes healthy living by providing residents of Brazoria County information about the benefits of homegrown and homemade foods. Backyard Basics will provide consumers, backyard gardeners, homemakers, educators and farmers ?do-it-yourself? learning opportunities. Workshop topics include hands on demonstration of: Seed propagation, Propagating from cuttings, Propagation through grafting. Participants get to keep the plants they propagate during the workshop.
