Anybody Home? The Critters of Varner-Hogg Plantation
Come and take a peek at all the kinds of animals that call the plantation home. Begin this one hour program by walking the grounds with staff as you learn about what animals live on the plantation. If you?re lucky, you might even see one or two! Next, come into the barn and design your own bird. Decide if she lives in the water or in the grass, needs a special beak or has unusual feet. Build your bird with the beak and feet he needs to survive and give him a name.
This program will be offered at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, March 16th ? 19th. Cost is free with site entrance fee. Suggested ages 5-12. An adult must be present with all children.
