About Us
Black's Fairy Meadery is a flagship meadery established In West Columbia. We specialize in fruity and floral beverages called mead which is a honey based wine. Our mission at BFM, is to produce high quality and uniquely flavorful beverages that create an exceptional experience for novice mead drinkers as well as mead connoisseurs. We strive to use locally sourced goods whenever possible to minimize our carbon foot print and strengthen the local economy. Our operation will be a wholesaler and distributor featuring tasting rooms that cater and educate consumers in the ancient beverages of kings known to some as “honey wine”. The Black’s Fairy Meadery LLC is a start-up company with an impressive standard of mead products. The company also has the capability of creating signature meads within a 90-day production schedule.
